After all the work that I would of have put into this page I decided to make links to Forgotten Realms Wiki. They have done a excellent Job and I would of not have done better.

Only change I will do is the following and this trumps what is official for the world. I do a few things different, The common tongue is basicly English from our world, and should be treated like that. Amn is more like spain in my game then Italy. So Amn Language is base on Spanish not  Italian. Most Human countries speak Common.

Drawven - All good Drawves speak there Dwarven Tongue, There may be slang or certain words may have different mainings depends on the each clan or what part of Fearun they come from. Soemtimes they m,ay have adopt some words from allies or nieghbors who may trade with them. Grey Dwarves Speak Derro there own language. Dethec is the language of the Drawves

Elven - Each Elf Sub race has a different language Wood elf speaks wood elf and so on. Elven is the common tonguage of the Elves. There is also speacial languages that is used but certain Elves on Fearun, Regal Elven Which is spoken by the Elves of the Elven Court. Espruar is a Runic Language that that is used the Moon Elves.

Halflings do have there own languages, I know that is not Lore base but I find it silly that they do not have the own language so they speak there own tongue but do have allot of other words from there neighbors.

Gnomes speak Gnome. This is spoken by all Gnome with the except the Deep Gnomes they speak gnome, Undercommon and there own laguage called snivinar.

Goblinoid - All goblinoids speak goblionoid but the each golblinoid race have there own language, Bugbears speak bugbear etc.

Giants Speak Giant but Each Giant race will have there own versian of the Giant language. Example Cloud Giants may have a word for honor and nobility, but the Hill giants do not have a word for that or may have the same word but may be a different meaning.

Draconic is called Auld Dragon and is spoken by all dragons of the forgotten realms

Anauric- Language of Anauria, richest of the lost kingdoms.

Asramic - Language of Asram, second richest of thet lost kingdoms.

Elder Tongue - Root language from which all dwarvish sprang. VERY old indeed.

Hlondathian - Language of Hlodath, the most northern of the three lost kingdoms.

Netherese - Language of the lost kingdom of Netheril. Bears similarity to many elfin languages with added, subtle and duplicate meanings. Very good language with which to discuss magic.

Rauric - Language of the ancient humans in the areas now in and about Mulhorand and Unther.

Thorass -  Is an old human language, the direct ancestor of Common. It was a pidgin variant of Chondathan that western Faerûnian traders developed to communicate with their counterparts in other lands. The alphabet of Thorass survives as the alphabet used in Common, Alzhedo, Chessentan, Chondathan, Durpari, Illuskan, Midani (in Anauroch only), Rashemi, Tuigan, Turmic and Uluik.

An inscription in Thorass will translate directly into Common, though it will often have a stilted and archaic form of phrasing and vocabulary. Thorass has a base 10 numbering system.
